Welcome to
the Timber Pond Subdivision Unit #3 web site. We are located
approximately 1/2 mile north of Highway 60 off Telfair Road
between Victoria Street and Windhorst Road.
Our
neighborhood was platted in 1987 and construction began in 1989.
The Deed Restrictions were drafted in October 1990. There are
138 homesites in our community with the last home being completed
in 2002.
We are a Deed Restricted community which helps preserve the value
of all our homes. All homeowners are members of a Homeowners’ Association
governed by a Board of Directors and Architectural Committee
who oversee improvements and general property maintenance. Compliance
with the Deed Restrictions keep our annual dues relatively low.
We are proud of our neighborhood and the homes that were built
here. We hope this web site will enable all homeowners to better keep
in touch with current events and have easier access
to the Board of Directors.
The goals of the Timber Pond III Homeowners' Association
are to build a better community through positive events and
experiences, to foster a climate of communication and interaction
between homeowners, and to maintain community value by encouraging
compliance with the Deed Restrictions.
